Who we are
This site is run by Prestance Lab, operated by François Fournier, established in the European Union. Prestance Lab is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at francois@prestancelab.com.
What we collect
If you complete the self-assessment, we collect your email address and the answers you give in the quiz: the KPI you want to move, your role, how many stores you run, what is costing you the most, and how ready your floor is for a new collection. That is all. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we use it
We use your email and answers for one purpose: to prepare a readiness read for your store and to contact you about a 20-minute retail performance call. We do not sell your data and we do not share it beyond the tools we use to run this.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent. You give it by submitting the quiz with the opt-in box ticked, and by choosing your cookie preferences in our banner. Nothing tracks you before you consent: analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you turn them on, and you can accept, decline, or choose exactly what runs.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and answers only as long as we are in contact about a call, and no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing francois@prestancelab.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
